I actually just purchased this AT&T EH535 headset at Best Buy yesterday for use with my cordless phone at home. One would think that an adapter from the 2.5mm plug to the two 3.5mm inputs on my laptop (for Skype) would be easy find but it’s not. All I could find on google was this article on how to make the adapter myself which I’m not interested in. Luckily at the end the author noted that cyberguys.com sells these as well [via amazon] for $2 plus three times that again in shipping.
